3 RESEP BUTTERCREAM PAKAI MENTEGA PUTIH DAN VARIASINYA // MAKING A BUTTERCREAM USING A SHORTENING
Hello, this time is a compilation of 3 buttercreams that I often make. And from the many recipes that I found, I like these 3 recipes the most because they don't use powdered sugar so the texture is smoother and softer and the results are firm enough to be piped. The addition of sweetened condensed milk/white chocolate/whipped cream also makes it taste milkier :) This recipe uses white butter (with a little mixture of soft cream or butter) so the results are whiter and will be more dense (a little) than those using butter (american, italian, swiss, german etc.), but the important thing is to beat it long enough until it really expands and is soft. Finally, you can stir it using a spatula so that there is not too much air in it, so when you pipe it the results will be smooth :) For these 3 buttercream recipes, they are actually similar in taste, color and texture. Just adjust it to your taste and preferred ingredients :) Okay, good luck!
