Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment Ordinance No. 1,419/2024 and Psychosocial Risks NR-1 has changed, and psychosocial risks have taken center stage in discussions about the work environment. Therefore, I am starting a series of videos on this channel to address, calmly and didactically, the changes introduced by Ministry of Labor and Employment Ordinance No. 1,419/2024. The idea is to explain what really changes in practice, without alarmism, but also without ignoring the importance of this new moment for companies, workers, and professionals in the labor field. In this first video, I discuss the general provisions of NR-1, explain the difference between Occupational Risk Management (GRO) and Risk Management Program (PGR), and address what psychosocial risks are in the workplace.
