For today's video we take a ride on board the Hudson Bergen Blue Line light rail en route to Hoboken Terminal in Hoboken, NJ from 8th Street in Bayonne, NJ. The Hudson Bergen Light Rail covers 6 cities in Hudson County and plans to extend the line to Bergen County are in the works. This system has 3 lines, 1 of which operates on weekdays only. The yellow line is the longest line in the HBLR system, covering 10 track miles. The blue line that operates between Hoboken Terminal and 8th Street is the second longest line in the system, covering 9 track miles. The Green line is a weekday only line and is the shortest line in the system. It covers 5.6 track miles and operates between Tonnelle Avenue and Hoboken Terminal.
