Raw vs Nitro "Reliving The War": Episode 247 - July 31st 2000

Support Wrestling Bios:   / wrestling_bios   Sweet Merch: https://www.wrestlingbios.com Reliving The War takes an in-depth look at the WWF vs WCW Monday Night War that defined pro-wrestling from the mid 90s to the early 2000s. Vince McMahon's WWF took on Ted Turner's WCW in a weekly TV ratings war where, in the end, only one company would be left standing. This week on Raw the issues between Stephanie McMahon and Triple H continue to escalate. Hunter wants to apologize for what happened on Smackdown (he and Trish Stratus were caught in a compromising position) and while Stephanie seems to accept this apology, things quickly go downhill as Raw continues on. Also on Raw this week the Right to Censor take on the Acolytes, Edge and Christian wrestle The Hardy Boyz, and Steve Blackman kicks off the show against Road Dogg Jesse James. On Nitro Booker T wants to give the fans what they didn't see last week; a match between Booker and Sting for the World Championship. Jeff Jarrett tries to put a stop to this and what unfolds leads to Sting wrestling 2 matches, so The Icon makes his WCW return tonight in a big way. Also on Nitro Scott Steiner takes on Kevin Nash, Lance Storm tries to add to his belt collection, and Billy Kidman takes part in one of the more infamous matches of the Russo era when he faces Shane Douglas. 00:00 – Intro 02:18 – Steve Blackman & Al Snow vs Road Dogg & X-Pac / Booker T Promo 06:33 – Triple H Promo / Buff Bagwell vs Big Vito & Kwee Wee vs The Artist 12:08 – Edge & Christian vs Hardy Boyz / Lance Storm vs Lt.
