Mike Colameco's Real Food CHINATOWN 2007
Chinatown 2007: A tour of Manhattan's Chinatown again with the late Ed Schoenfeld as my Sherpa. Ed knew the turf like few others... Ping's on Mott, still there and still excellent, a few food markets, and then Chinatown Brasserie on Lafayette where Ed had ownership and tapped the super talented Chef Joe Ng to be in charge of the great Dim Sum portion of the menu.
