Nagamuthu, Senior Advoacate at the Supreme Court of India. Justice Nagamuthu obtained his law degree in the year 1980 from Madras Law College. He enrolled as an Advocate on 07.01.1981. From 1990, he started conducting cases in the Madras High Court. After commencement of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court at Madurai in the year 2004, he shifted his practice permanently to the Madurai Bench, he appeared for several sensational cases in almost all branches of law. However, his field of specialization has been Criminal Law. He has written several articles on important topics which have been published in Law Journals. He was elevated as Additional Judge of Madras High Court on 22.03.2007 and made Permanent Judge on 09.11.2009.
