It's delicious, filling, and easy to make, so be sure to try making it at home this summer! ■Ingredients■ (Serves 3-4) As much as you like, don't worry about the basic amount Kimchi, finely chopped Pork (for stew curry): 1 pack (200-300g) Garlic: As much as you like Okra powder: Commercially available (raw okara is fine too) 1 tablespoon sesame oil 500-600ml water (If you have dashi stock, using it will add depth to the flavor!) ▽Optional Ingredients▽ Chili powder Leftover kimchi juice Chopped chives or green onions Other seafood, etc. ■Directions■ First, make the kimchi jjigae. 1. Stir-fry pork and garlic in a pot. 2. Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry. 3. Add 500ml of water or dashi stock. In the video, the dashi stock is made from bean sprout boiling water, but rice water or Japanese dashi stock is also delicious! 4. Adding kimchi stock will add depth of flavor.
