However, it is necessary to double the output voltage to obtain sufficient voltage to charge the battery. Some center taps were made to achieve amperage adjustment. You can also use the transformer according to its manufacturer's recommended operating voltage, and make 10 to 11 turns on the secondary, performing a common rectification at the output, but the transformer will heat up considerably. To mitigate the overheating, you can use a fan (it can be taken from a microwave scrap). To perform the rectification, I suggest using a 50A rectifier bridge with a heat sink. Check it out!
