BASS DI SHOOTOUT - NEVE vs COUNTRYMAN vs FOCUSRITE
A sound comparison of the Neve RNDI, Countryman Type 85 and the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. The Neve and the Countryman are connected to the microphone input of the Focusrite, when recording with only the Focusrite I use the instrument input with the Air button off. In the first three examples the bass is not processed at all, no EQ and no compression. In the fourth example all three contestants has been given the same basic EQ and some compression.
