Would you dare to cycle 300 kilometers over four days? More than 150 cyclists accepted the challenge of experiencing La Ruta de la Fruta (The Fruit Route), a cycle touring and bikepacking adventure organized by Pitayo Camp. We set off from Los Arcos de Zapopan, Jalisco, and pedaled through towns, rivers, forests, and mountains until we reached the beach of San Juan de Alima, Michoacán. Along the way, we traversed some of the most beautiful landscapes in Jalisco, Colima, and Michoacán. It wasn't just a ride: we slept in campsites, shared meals, conquered challenging kilometers, and enjoyed an extraordinary camaraderie among cyclists.
