We Weren't Prepared For This... Exploring Gary Indiana's Abandoned Dorie Miller Projects

With a total of 50 apartment buildings within, the Dorie Miller Projects in Gary Indiana were home to hundreds of families. With the growing violence in the community and dwindling population many neighborhoods became obsolete. The city is pushing for a hard reset for many of these neighborhoods, and that means demolishing them completely.
