In this video, we spend a whole day in the mangrove swamp, following a simple way of life deeply connected to nature. We prepare our fishing net, enter the mangrove, and fish respecting the tide and the environment around us. After fishing, we build a rudimentary stove using only branches and wet earth, as has been done for generations. In the shelter, on the edge of the mangrove swamp, we prepare our meal with what the place itself offers us, showing that it is possible to cook in a simple, conscious, and meaningful way. More than fishing and food, this video is about learning from the territory, valuing traditional knowledge, and understanding the mangrove swamp not only as a source of food, but as a space for life, work, and culture.
