A game where you eat your own movement controls (Clover's Quadrants)

I really enjoyed the original version of Clover's Quadrants, which was called UDLR_Modify, so it's been very exciting to see it turn into this really beautiful and polished release! The core concept is that the player character, Clover, can consume 4 "items", one in each direction, and those items can affect Clover's movement in those directions. It's a really unique idea that leads to a bunch of great puzzles. I was expecting the art to look really nice, having seen a few screenshots over the last couple of years, but I wasn't quite expecting all the amazing animations and quality-of-life features. It's especially cool to see how the game helps with reasoning about what's accessible and what's not, by highlighting cells or columns/rows that can still be reached. I also hear I am responsible for a mechanic that appears later in the game, but I'm not sure what it is! ‪@JoePlaysPuzzleGames‬ plays Clover's Quadrants by Two-Headed Deer!
