After the woman failed to provide a prescription for the pills in her possession, They loaded her into the squad car and transported her to the orange county jail where she was booked and charged with Operating a vehicle without a license, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION, Possession of a controlled substance, and Contributing to the delinquency of a minor for storing her Drugs in her child's backpack. The woman is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law as there has been no disposition at this time.
