Intro - Military Vehicles Through the Ages with Alan Curran
The Irish Military Vehicles Group (IMVG) is a group of enthusiasts dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and display of vintage military vehicles, particularly those used by the Irish Defense Forces. A lot of their members are veterans of the Permanent and Reserve Irish Defence Forces, brining with them valuable on hands on knowledge of these vehicles, and skills such as mechanic, upholsters, and fitters. We partnered with them to bring you up front and close to some of these magnificently restored vehicles and another chapter in Ireland's military story. In this series Alan Curran introduces you to a different vehicle every week. You can check out the Irish Military Vehicles Group (IMVG) on FB at: / irishmilitaryvehiclesgroup This video was made possible with support from The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. The series was recorded at the IMVG Annual Military Vehicles Show at Nass Racecourse.
