Then put that USB flash drive to your modded PS3 (HEN or CFW) or your RGH Xbox 360 to install the packages. And then the songs will show up as downloadable content in your Warriors Of Rock setlist. If you want to play this song on Rock Band 3 on the PS3, download the Rock Band 3 Xbox 360 version, and open up Onyx. In Onyx, you need to go to 'Quick convert/pack', and open the 'RB legacy CON-PKG' tab. In there, drag the _rb3con file in there, and select 'Convert to PKG (RB3)'.
