Salta Campo Quijano El Toro Canto Nativo

Native culture and song from the Quebrada el Toro region—this is the most beautiful thing that has not yet been lost, and I hope it endures for many generations and that our roots are never lost. This is the original culture of Argentina, and there are many more that are not widely known. The descendants of this people are Diaguita, who inhabited the area from southern Catamarca, including the Calchaquí Valley, Santa Rosa del Tastil, El Toro, El Palomar, El Moreno, and as far as Purmamarca and Tilcara. They lived approximately in the northern provinces of La Rioja, Catamarca, Tucumán, Salta, and part of Jujuy.
