Bendix LTA Washer Dryer Restoration Pics

A little reel of pics taken during the total restoration of Darrens Bendix LTA Washer Dryer from 1970, made by Fisholow Bendix in Liverpool UK. This model was the last Large Sized Washer Dryers Made in the UK. This unit arrived from Ireland having started its life in the South of England, James decided it was too much work and Darren stepped in and bought it. Having arrived on the back of a truck from Ireland Darren set about taking the washer dryer apart and repaired, renovated and detailed every part. The drum needed extensive repair and new patched welded into it, bearings seated , new shims & parts manufactured by our friend Mark Hill who is also busy renovating our Hotpoint Toploaders as well as Kenwood Chef food mixers.
