Mon Repos Turtle Hatchlings & A Cyclone!
We spend time around the Southern Queensland coast, and try to avoid Cyclone Alfred. After leaving the Hervey Bay Area we base ourselves in Mon Repos, near Bundaberg. The storm surge affecting tides and erosion is real! The turtle hatchlings are affected, but we do eventually get to witness this amazing experience as they wander down to the beach for the very first time! We also show you some foodie treats and a visually amazing and informative coral tour.
