Level 39, otherwise known as "Megalophobia", is a seemingly normal town that consists of buildings that appear to have originated from the 1800s to the 1980s. Although possessing houses deriving from such a wide range, buildings in Level 39's town appear uniform and well-preserved. They share indistinguishable features such as old 1920s wallpaper with a design similar to Level 0; outdoor light-blue paint coating; enclosed by unpainted wooden fences, and its architecture overall. The town is entirely devoid of any asphalt roads, instead solely relying on dirt or rocky pathways.
