Víctor Fríes was a scientist who was an expert in cryogenics, when he discovered that his wife Nora had a disease for which there was no cure, Víctor did not want to lose her, so he cryogenized her to have more time to be together and get a cure. But during the process Víctor suffered an accident that changed his body, he could no longer be in contact with the heat because it would kill him, so he created a suit to keep his temperature below 0 degrees and since then he has stolen and frozen in Gotham . He'll do whatever it takes to save Nora, and no one will stop him, not even Batman.
