ARMONIE VENETE CONSORT (english)

Armonie Venete Consort was born to offer beauty and harmony through gesture and sound, interpreting chamber music repertoire from Renaissance to present days. The ensemble was formed in Palazzo Pisani, home of “Benedetto Marcello” Conservatory of Venice, within the Chamber Music Course held by Cecilia Franchini. It demonstrates its lively and stimulating musical personality, with the care of phrasing and interpretative maturity. The ensemble consists of young, but experienced, artists from all over the World (Italy, Serbia, Poland, South America, Kazakhstan) who have gained many achievements both as a soloist and as a chamber or orchestral musician. The group collaborates with artistic Institutions and Associations which are involved in research and enhancement of the historical and cultural heritage (strong collaboration with “Rosa Antico” Association). Armonie Venete is also taking part in international projects. Armonie Venete Consort loves to combine sound and musical gesture as well as wear historical clothes from the Armonie Venete collection. This mixture creates a powerfully wonderful synergy of vibrational waves of life. The unique language of our ancient venetian culture equally illuminates the present and the future.
