Where are we? | Clary & Jace [AU]

"This is real ..." I got really inspired by 1x10 of Shadowhunters and wondered what would happen if Clary started to fade once she returns ... The story: After Clary and Jace return from the other dimension, Clary continues to have dreams about her life there. She becomes unable to tell between what is real and what isn't. She confides in Jace, asking him if the memories are the same for him. Jace will do anything in his power to save her but ultimately it takes him waking Clary from her dreams. She recognises Jace and the memories of their life come flooding back with the strong certainty: "This is real."
