PS5 Fortnite ZB Duos Gameplay - Another Victory Royale I Definitely Didn't Earn (Chapter 7 Season 3)

Welcome back to another episode of "How Did I End Up With the Victory Royale?" This time I teamed up with the legend BigToeBoogie, and from the opening drop it became painfully obvious we had very different game plans. His was eliminating every real player on the island. Mine was carefully inspecting every chest for loot I'd probably never use. Early game had me feeling unstoppable... until I realized all six of my eliminations were bots who were more interested in harvesting rocks than shooting back. I proudly announced my "high kill game" just as BigToeBoogie casually mentioned he'd wiped an entire duo by himself. Reality hit hard. Mid-game wasn't much better. Every time we ran into an actual squad, I'd contribute by cracking exactly one shield before immediately yelling, "He's one shot!"—a phrase that apparently means absolutely nothing because BigToeBoogie still had to finish the job himself. At one point I heroically launched into a fight only to discover I'd forgotten to reload. That's the kind of elite decision-making you can only get from hundreds of hours of experience. As the circles got smaller, the lobby finally started looking sweaty. I was busy hiding behind a rock pretending to "hold angles" while BigToeBoogie was out there playing Zero Build like it was an FNCS final. Every time I looked over, another team had mysteriously disappeared. By the final fight I had exactly one job: stay alive long enough to avoid throwing the game. Miraculously, I accomplished it. BigToeBoogie deleted the last duo while I bravely provided emotional support from a safe distance. Victory Royale secured. Final stats: BigToeBoogie: Carried the team, won every important fight, and earned the Victory Royale. Me: Eliminated a handful of bots, stole some ammo, survived, and will absolutely act like this was a 50/50 partnership in the thumbnail.
