1968 Shelby GT500KR by Revology | Engineering Meets Legacy
At Revology Cars, every engineering decision is made with one goal: delivering the best possible ownership experience. As modern Ford powertrain electronics continue to evolve, we recently introduced the Whipple twin-screw supercharger for vehicles equipped with the 10R80 automatic transmission. While our proven Roush supercharger remains an outstanding choice, extensive testing showed the Whipple system provides superior integration with the latest automatic transmission calibration. Both deliver exceptional performance—the Roush offering outstanding value and approximately 750 horsepower, while the Whipple offers cooler operation, greater future power potential, and some of the most advanced supercharger technology available today. Rather than replacing one with the other, we now offer each where it performs best.Engineering is only one part of what defines a Revology. Every car also carries a story. Revology owner Chris grew up around an Ivy Green 1966 Mustang Convertible that his father purchased new from Ray Smith Ford in Kansas City. With eleven children in the family, owning a Shelby was always out of reach, but the Mustang remained part of the family's history and was later restored together by father and son. Chris still owns that original Mustang today.Years later, Chris fulfilled his father's lifelong dream by adding a Revology Shelby to the family. Moments like these remind us that while we devote countless hours to engineering and craftsmanship, what we are truly building are cars that become part of our owners' lives and family histories. It is a privilege to be entrusted with that responsibility.
