There is no power adapter provided and only a very basic USB-C cable that clearly has 2 wires only so it's not doing any communication with the USB charger you plug it in. I guess it has a resistor configuration to tell the USB charger that the device needs 12V USB voltage but I'm not sure. It's a precision drilling and milling tool. It can be used to polish small objects too. There are many extra accessories sold together with the tool like miniature drilling, polishing but I got extra cutting discs especially some discs are stronger than the ones provided with the dremel tool or to be more clear this is not a dremel brand tool but a Parkside brand rotary tool so I'm not sure how to call it. Rotation tool or rotary tool I guess it's more correct. I really like that it's cheaper than what they sold before in this product category. Also being cordless is a big plus and after trying it, it has plenty of power. The shank adapters are great for using many miniature drill bits and I can even use my PCB carbide drill bits.
