Today I'm going to show How to Fix Rust on the Floor of your Car or Truck with simple and cheap tools and weld it with a stick welder. I'm going to shape the sheet metal to make the Floor with the same shapes as the original part using only a conventional hammer a grinder and a lot of creativity! The raw material to manufacture the parts was only leftover material and scraps. The total expense was only the disks and electrodes used in the process.
