Vauxhall Vectra New Exhaust Noise - I Need Your Advice

This Vauxhall Vectra C 1.8 petrol developed what sounded like a blown exhaust so I returned the car to the exhaust centre where they said it had a leaking joint. They said they resealed it and it would be fine. The exhaust was new approx 3 months ago so it was sealed under warranty. On driving the car home, it was no better so I returned the car and they said it was not leaking but it sounded like the internal baffles had collapsed so they ordered a new back and centre section, they didn't need to replace the front down pipe as this was new and was just a straight through pipe. They fitted a new rear box and centre box and said it was now fine and aid the old rear box was rattling inside. I drove the car home and is still sounded like it was blowing as I was going along and droning. After pulling up and getting out and listening, it sounded like it was still blowing.
