Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station gets ₹125 Crore makeover, PM Modi to Inaugurate on July 17

Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station has been redeveloped under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme with an investment of ₹125 crore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to dedicate the upgraded station to the public on July 17, ahead of the inauguration, a waterproof tent has been installed inside the station premises for the event, while a special cleanliness drive has been carried out outside the main entrance and security has also been strengthened with the installation of police barricades and a CCTV surveillance system covering the entire station complex.
