Hi! This time, I'm going to give you some small but important details for preparing a #Cake or #SpongeCake that will help you make a really good one, so it doesn't sink or collapse when you take it out of the oven. If you follow all my tips, which I've learned from my own mistakes, I assure you it will turn out well! Especially since this particular recipe doesn't require you to weigh any ingredients. Don't modify this specific recipe if you want the result you expect! #SecretsofACake ***PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I SAY DURING THE VIDEO TO PUT IT INTO PRACTICE IN YOUR NEXT CAKE RECIPE! :) Ingredients for a 24 cm cake tin. ****ALL QUANTITIES AND INGREDIENTS ARE BASED ON AN EMPTY 150G YOGURT CUP (find an equivalent size and use it as a guide for this recipe) 4 measures of all-purpose flour (approximately 380g) 2 measures of room temperature milk (250ml) 3 measures of sugar (390g) 1 measure of unsweetened cocoa powder (approximately 50g) 1.5 measures of vegetable oil (I used canola oil, approximately 185ml; you can substitute the same amount melted) 4 large eggs 1 tbsp of baking powder (approximately 15g) 1/4 tsp of salt. Oven 180°C (350°F) 50-60 minutes (approximate; in my oven it takes about 52 minutes). ***DO NOT LET IT COOL INSIDE THE OVEN *** LEAVE THE CAKE IN THE PAN OUT OF THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, THEN UNMOLD AND LET IT COOL COMPLETELY. **THIS RECIPE AND TIPS ARE VALID FOR A SPONGE CAKE, TART, CAKE, PONCAKE, WHATEVER IT'S CALLED IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES.
