(1987) AFA Masters Finals: Socco Freestyle Championship

1987 AFA Masters Finals @ The Velodrome which was held on November 21, 22 1987. ESPN Televised this and it may have been their first attempt in bring the Sport of Freestyle BMX to TV and the masses. It mainly focuses on a few of our Favorite Pros (R.L., Dennis, Martin, Wilkerson, Blyther Dominquez, Hofmann, ) on both Flatland and Ramp, but was heavily sponsored by "Murray" and Rich Sigur is highlighted many times. It was covered by "Super BMX & Freestyle" (March 1988 Issue) Try not to pay to much attention to the announcers, I think they did the commentary AFTER and at times you can hear them fumbling through paper to say things like: "That was a Cherry Picker..."
