Tying the Moose Mane Spinner
A very scalable spinner pattern that works well tied right down into the size 20 and below range. I like tying with moose mane, it’s a great material for making segmented bodies on mayfly patterns and emergers. Give this one a go - the smallest I’ve gone is a size 26, so there’s your benchmark!
