Trick to Make Beats Feel Less Repetitive | MPC One Gen 2

Drum Packs and More:   / symphonicbeats   Welcome back to another sampling, beat-making video, this time on the MPC ONE Gen 2. I am showing how I personally like to layer the sample as well as create variations using side-chain (duck) compression. There are many ways to layer and you can technically carve out frequencies to create space or just adjust volume levels, but doing it this way has led to cleaner changeups and even happy accidents. I hope you all enjoy the video!
