Torta di mele con sfoglia / Italian's pastry apple pie

NB : lasciare raffreddare bene la torta prima di procedere alla preparazione e quindi alla posa della gelatina. Una volta completata lasciar riposare in un luogo fresco per almeno un paio d'ore. ★INGREDIENTS: Puff pastry roll 3/4 spoons apricot jam 3 spoons granulated sugar (Preferably brown sugar) 2/3 red apples 250 ml water TIPS: Heat the oven to 170C Bake for 20-25minutes in the preheated oven allow to cool properly the cake before make jelly. Spread the jelly over the cake Let cool for at least 2 hour before serving
