This is an unboxing and test run video of Tenshodo's 1/80 scale 16.5mm gauge 157 series DC electric train, limited express livery, VIP car set of 5 cars. The Kuro 157 VIP car was created for the use of the imperial family and state guests on DC-electrified lines in the Tokyo suburbs. It has a driver's cab and can be operated as a 3-car train with a Kumoha 157/Moha 156 powered unit, but it seems that it was mostly operated as a 5-car train with a Kumoha 157/Moha 156 coupled to the front of the Kuro 157. Similar to the previously introduced "157 series DC electric train, limited express livery, jumper-equipped basic 7-car set," the Kumoha 157 reproduces the appearance after the jumper was added, and the Kumoha 157/Moha 156 are air-conditioned.
