Will it run ? 1970 Chrysler 70hp outboard

I purchased this engine with a free boat attached for $150 bucks about 3 years ago. sold the boat and kept this engine as a spare parts source for the 70hp I have on my 1983 VIP boat, the engine has gone the way of the dinosaur so now I'm going to try and see what condition this parts engine is in.
