Canning Sweet Corn with Nesco Canner

The heat has finally arrived in the Columbia Valley and it will really help the corn to grow, but at the present time local corn is not available so we purchased the corn for this video. I hope you enjoy the process which is quite simple. Process filled jars in a pressure canner at 10 pounds pressure 55 minutes for pints and 1 hour and 25 minutes for quarts, adjusting for altitude, according to your pressure canner instructions. Remove jars and cool. Check lids for seal after 24 hours.
