You'll need a new oil filter, a new oil drain plug gasket, and the appropriate oil for your Ryker model. You'll also need a socket set, a torque wrench, a funnel, a drain pan, and some rags or shop towels. Once you have everything you need, follow these steps: 1 - Warm up the engine by running it for a few minutes. This will help loosen the old oil and make it easier to drain. 2 - Place the drain pan under the oil drain plug and remove the drain plug using the socket set. Let the oil drain completely. 3 - Replace the oil drain plug gasket and reinstall the drain plug, using the torque wrench to tighten it to the specified torque. 3 - Remove the oil filter using the oil filter wrench. Be careful not to spill any oil as you remove the filter. 4 - Install the new oil filter, using a new oil filter gasket if necessary. Tighten the filter to the specified torque. 5 - Add the new oil to the engine, using the funnel to pour it into the oil fill hole. 6 - Check the oil level with the dipstick and add more oil if necessary. 7 - Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil. 8 - Then, shut off the engine and check the oil level again. That's it! You've successfully changed the oil on your Can-Am Ryker. Be sure to dispose of the old oil and oil filter properly and follow the recommended oil change intervals to keep your Ryker running smoothly.
