Between Angastaco and Seclantás, we encountered one of the worst stretches of National Route 40, which fortunately forced us to stop in Molinos and explore this beautiful town. This town has everything: a well-maintained plaza, a good municipal campsite with unparalleled tranquility, Enriqueta's "Rincón de las Empanadas," winner of 3rd prize for the best empanada in Salta, and the Hacienda Molinos, which operates as a restaurant and inn.
