It wasn't all that long ago that every watch I had was relatively new. At that time I was especially careful with them to avoid getting them scratched. Some of the vintage watches I've purchased already had scratches on them. I had two of them professionally polished to restore their lustre. It was a costly and time consuming job. So finding a way to polish some of my watches myself became increasingly important. That's when I found out about Cape Cod Polishing Cloths. The instructions were simple. Almost too simple to be believed. Take a Cloth and gently polish the surface until the shine was restored. Polish more firmly for more scuffed surfaces. Then buff the surface dry with the included buffing cloth. That's it! That's all it supposed to take. Seemed too good to be true. I wouldn't have even tried them if it wasn't for the price. Cape Cod Polishing Cloths are inexpensive and available on Amazon here in Canada. So even if it didn't work, I wouldn't be out much money. So it was time to give them a try, but I'd begin on something rather simple. So in this video I see how well they work on a very scuffed up silver bangle. Enjoy the video.
