【ハーフマラソン挑戦】あやはし海中ロードレース大会 2026｜沖縄県うるま市｜脳梗塞発症から2年半

Hello! The other day (January 18th), I attempted a half marathon. I was originally scheduled to participate in the Okinawa Marathon, which was scheduled for next month, but the event was canceled. So, as an alternative, I decided to participate in the Ayahashi Underwater Road Race. Last February, I posted a video about attempting a full marathon in a year, but it looks like my full marathon challenge will be a little further off. At this point, the Naha Marathon, scheduled for this December, is my top candidate. It seems likely that the marathon will be held, so I'm relieved. In order not to waste all the training I've accumulated up to this point, I'll reset my mindset for December and continue preparations so I'm in top condition when I hit the starting line.
