CHEK KENG CAMPING in SAI KUNG HK | A PERFECT GETAWAY ON YOUR HOLIDAY (How to get there, highlights)

Chek Keng is a small village in Sai Kung, New Territories. You will pass by Chek Keng when you hike Maclehose Stage Two. The camping site is located at the bottom of the hills and close to the sea side. I went camping there on my Christmas 2022 holidays and I do like the place because aside from the beautiful sceneries, there are also nice hikes nearby, a public toilet and one small chinese restaurant. I like the hike heading to the beautiful beach of HAM TIN! And if you camping there longer, you can hike to the SHARP PEAK! Also if you miss the ferry and speedboat, You can still go home when you hike an hour to PAK TAM AU bus stop. We hiked that and took the last trip 96R bus coming from Wong Shek Pier(the last trip from Wong Shek Pier is at 7:30pm) make sure to catch that.
