Is it true that fish bite on a Monday? We put that theory to the test with local fishing legend Damien Harper as we chased fish across some of Northeast Florida’s most productive inshore waters. Our adventure takes us through Bell’s River, the Jolly River, the St. Marys River, and around Tigre’ Island, targeting speckled trout and flounder using both live shrimp and a variety of artificial lures. While we managed to put some quality fish in the boat, there was one species we simply couldn’t escape… CATFISH. They were absolutely everywhere!
