We're Naoki Nakajima and Etsuko Inoue, a married couple of Hiroshima-based entertainers. This time, we're heading to a place we don't usually visit even though we live in Hiroshima Prefecture, titled "Super Local Food." One of our staff members had always wanted to go, but told us it was difficult to do alone, so we said, "Let's go together!" It can be intimidating to go to an unfamiliar place. But we discovered the kind owner and some incredibly delicious, authentic Chinese food! I'm embarrassed that I didn't know about this place.
