Golden Spike National Historical Park in northern Utah celebrates and interprets the spot where the tracks of the Central Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad were joined to create the Transcontinental Railroad. You can watch replicas of the Central Pacific's Jupiter locomotive and the Union Pacific's No. 119 putting on demonstrations throughout the year for visitors.
