Thre's a lot to do to open your second base on the map Summer Drought in the Reclaim Expansion DLC of Roadcraft. And just when you think you have it all - the concrete slabs, the logs, etc, and have trucked them from all over the map, you have to navigate to the top of a temple with a crane to retrieve the final piece.
