First time in Taipei, Taiwan 🇹🇼 | Local Food, Popular sightseeing, Ningxia Night Market

We said goodbye to beautiful, peaceful Yuli Town, and we head out for bustling city of Taipei. We took the earliest train from Yuli, it took around 3-4h to arrive. It was too early to check in to the hotel, so we quickly dropped out luggages and head out for lunch. We chose one local restaurant that we found while planning for this trip. After great meal, we walked towards Peace Memorial Park and enjoyed the beautiful views. Next we headed to Liberty Square Archway which is just right at the corner, so we could not skip it. We had an awe moment because of the grandeur of this place. We took sometimes to explore and Jenny had to have frozen yogurt where she had planned to try. Amazingly we arrived at the time when they changing guards. We admire this kind of moments. We had a strong feeling of respect. Next we headed to explore inside of Chiang Kai-shek memorial Hall and found a stamp for Jennys travel journal. Jenny also wanted to get Xing Fu Tang Bubble tea which was located at downstairs of the memorial. After that we moved to Yongkang St. for popular omelet on social media. Line was not long when we arrived and it moved fast. Taste price ratio was alright to fill our stomachs a little bit. Then we headed to the Hotel to check our room and took a little rest. After some rest we headed to explored Taipei Station Underground Mall, have to say it is huge place and we just walked around and got lost in there for a while. Later at night we couldn’t skip Ningxia night market. It is pretty similar to the night market at Kaohsiung. We tried some food and played some games. Then we called it a night.
