1982 Kawasaki KZ 750 LTD L (Part 7 Starter Clutch Problems)
After tearing down the top half of the engine to solve the valve seal and white smoke issue, I put the engine back together again. The carbs were a little bit of work because the float levels needed to be adjusted. After everything was re-installed I discovered (heard) a problem with the starter clutch. As I have a few spare engines I will be swapping starter clutches the coming two weeks. It is quite some work and I have not done this before. But I have been reading alot and watching other video's. It is a challenge I will take on and take you through the process in detail.
