Hi Friends Come along with me for a realistic week in Nairobi filled with wellness, movement, good food, errands, and slow living moments. This week felt like a balance of staying active, enjoying the city, and slowing down in between from Pilates and Yoga, to café stop at Coffee Club, and a fun thrifting Gikomba trip. I also had some really nice food moments at Hyatt Regency buffet lunch, and a meaningful Wings for Life run to wrap up the week. I hope this vlog feels like we"re spending the week together.
