It’s one of the most popular German cakes. The surface of the cake is covered with a lot of caramelized almonds(Florentine). Also, there is yummy vanilla cream inside the cake. The cake is made with bread dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 min. 4.Vanilla creme 1x egg(separate yolk and white) 10g sugar(for egg white) a pinch of salt 10g corn starch 100ml milk 20g sugar 1/2x vanilla beans 5.Last step Follow me!
